About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support a team of 2 product designers, guiding their day-to-day execution and professional growth
- Own the overall design direction and execution for Account Hub
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and brand teams
- Make high-impact decisions on design system integration and enterprise-wide standards
- Translate complex structural requirements into actionable design roadmaps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic/UX Design, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in product design or user experience design
- Documented experience leading teams
- Portfolio demonstrating shippable customer-facing products and complex system-level UX work
- Strong knowledge of modern design tools like Figma
- Knowledge of design system governance and agile workflows
- Professional verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within multi-brand enterprise platforms
- Experience defining enterprise-wide design patterns and multi-account user architectures
