Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop complete creative and visual solutions for 360° campaigns, branding, social media, events, and institutional materials
• Create and expand visual identities, Key Visuals (KVs), and consistent graphic systems for multiple channels
• Act strategically and hands-on in high-complexity projects for company brands
• Participate in brainstorms and conceptual construction alongside copywriters and planners
• Ensure aesthetic excellence and attention to detail following brand guidelines
• Integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows for visual exploration and productivity
• Support and mentor junior designers
• Maintain organized workflows using project management tools like Monday.com

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Designer in advertising agencies, design studios, or in-house creative structures
• Consistent portfolio demonstrating visual repertoire and art direction skills
• Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Practical knowledge of generative AI tools for image generation and workflow optimization
• Autonomy and excellent self-management skills
• Collaborative profile with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of Motion Design and basic video editing
• Experience in high-volume creative operations or multi-brand structures
• Familiarity with creative project management tools like Monday.com
