Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality visual assets across social media, campaigns, presentations, web content, and promotional materials
• Support marketing and communications design for online and offline use, including banners, ads, and event collateral
• Assist with product and web UI tasks under the direction of senior designers
• Apply visual identities of DWF Labs and incubated brands to ensure consistency
• Build and update presentation slides and templates
• Maintain organized Figma files following team conventions
• Actively seek feedback and stay current with design trends and the crypto space

Requirements

• Minimally 3 years of experience in graphic, digital, brand, or product design, or an exceptional portfolio
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and color
• Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Developing fluency in design systems, including components, styles, and auto layout
• Ability to execute briefs reliably across different formats
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in Web3, crypto, or fintech
