About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Design plug-ins, custom business logic, workflows and CRM components
- Build business process automation using Power Platform and Power Automate
- Develop integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform and external systems
- Perform data migration, mapping, transformation and validation
- Troubleshoot CRM customisations, integrations and automation
- Prepare technical documentation and support testing and deployment
Requirements
- 5–8 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 customisation and development
- Plug-in, workflow and custom CRM component development
- Working knowledge of Power Platform and Power Automate
- CRM integrations and data migration experience
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 APIs, data models, security and solution management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication within cross-functional teams
