About the role
Responsibilities
- Support long-term growth by identifying, evaluating, and advancing strategic land and power opportunities across North America
- Research emerging markets and identify available utility capacity
- Evaluate industrial and commercial land opportunities
- Develop relationships with utilities, brokers, landowners, developers, and economic development organizations
- Conduct market research and coordinate preliminary site evaluations and due diligence activities
- Advance opportunities for review by the broader Land & Power team

- Commercial curiosity and strong relationship-building skills
- Sound business judgment
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
