About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a tiered developer training program covering productivity through enterprise solution leadership
- Document the risk overlay framework and provide practitioner-facing guidance
- Build the solution intake and classification process from idea to approved build path
- Establish an ongoing compliance model for training tracking and access gating
- Document development tooling standards and permitted integration catalogs
- Provide technical assistance and triage support for developers across IT and business units
- Conduct training sessions and maintain content as the framework evolves
- Partner with Security, Architecture, and Governance teams to keep processes current
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or software development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with modern software development practices including SDLC, Git, and CI/CD
- Experience developing and delivering technical enablement content
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for audiences with varying expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot
