Deviations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and ensure accurate deviation load requests are provided to distributors
• Field and address questions and concerns related to contract alignment
• Collaborate and communicate across departments to verify internal information loading
• Work with contract providers to obtain program updates
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure implementation of contract pricing for members
• Support brands on contract inquiries and facilitate communication to distributors

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with distributors and internal team members
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Adept at managing caseload and delegating when needed
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
