Job description

Responsibilities

  • Work with DevOps and DBA professionals covering Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
  • Improve existing infrastructure and processes across multiple countries
  • Streamline environment provisioning and reduce cloud costs
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure using autoscaling, automated alerts, and Grafana dashboards
  • Take ownership of cloud operation activities
  • Liaise with external security agencies for audits and perform internal security sweeps
  • Mentor less experienced team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years of DevOps experience
  • Based in Europe, Asia, or LatAm
  • Experience leading project planning and deployment independently
  • Proficiency with AWS and cloud resource utilization
  • Understanding of Micro Services and Service Mesh concepts
  • Experience managing Kubernetes and CI/CD with Kubernetes
  • Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP)
  • Understanding of caching technologies (CDN, Redis, Memcached)
  • Excellent Linux OS troubleshooting and optimization skills
