About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation
- Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
- Actively contribute in a hands-on capacity, participating in implementation and problem-solving
- Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team
- Provide technical guidance and decision-making support
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations
- Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- Technical debt remediation experience
- Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving skills
- Technical leadership and decision making
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Risk and dependency management
- Technical planning and prioritization
- Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- DevOps and automation practices
- Enterprise architecture knowledge
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Metrics and reporting skills
- Coaching and mentoring experience
