DevOps/SRE Engineer Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation
• Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
• Actively contribute in a hands-on capacity to implementation and problem-solving
• Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team
• Provide technical guidance and decision-making support
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations
• Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

• Experience in technical debt remediation
• Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving skills
• Proven technical leadership and decision-making ability
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication
• Proficiency in risk and dependency management
• Ability to handle technical planning and prioritization
• Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of DevOps and automation practices
• Understanding of enterprise architecture
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Skills in metrics and reporting
• Experience in coaching and mentoring
