About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation
- Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
- Actively contribute in a hands-on capacity to implementation and problem-solving
- Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team
- Provide technical guidance and decision-making support
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations
- Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in technical debt remediation
- Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving skills
- Technical leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Risk and dependency management experience
- Technical planning and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Proficiency in DevOps and automation practices
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Metrics and reporting skills
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Change management capabilities
