Diagnostics Distributor & Applications Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a network of distributor partners across the MENA region
• Create and execute distributor business plans, forecasts and market development strategies
• Provide product, technical and applications training to distributor teams using a train-the-trainer approach
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including complex sales cycles and tenders
• Build relationships with distributor partners, laboratory stakeholders and key opinion leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and market expansion
• Travel approximately 30-50% across distributor markets

Requirements

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences or related field
• Experience in diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, life sciences or medical devices
• Proven success managing distributors or indirect sales channels across multiple markets
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of revenue growth through partner networks
• Understanding of molecular diagnostics, laboratory workflows and automation platforms
• Experience delivering product, technical or applications training
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the MENA region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across multiple countries within the MENA region
• Experience supporting tenders or healthcare procurement processes
