About the Company

Kompetenza is a fast-growing Salesforce & AI solutions company, building innovative platforms for trust companies, corporate service providers, and technology-driven enterprises across Europe and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute Google Ads for subscription-based services
  • Conduct keyword analysis and strategy for Salesforce, CRM, or ERP targeting
  • Provide keyword research reports with rationale, CPC estimates, and expected results
  • Create strategies to generate 2–3 qualified leads/month within a $1,000/month ad spend
  • Build re-targeting and programmatic ad funnels
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop ad creatives and graphics
  • Track, report, and optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality
  • Advise on SEO strategy for new website launches and landing pages

Requirements

  • 3+ years running Google Ads and Programmatic campaigns
  • Experience working with Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven ability to deliver results with limited budgets ($1k–$3k/month range)
  • Strong keyword research, competitive analysis, and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with re-targeting and programmatic advertising
  • Ability to work independently with an outcome-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience generating leads for SaaS service companies or Salesforce consultancies
