Digital and Event Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and tactics to promote the company and drive qualified leads
• Deploy full-cycle marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels including content creation, paid ads, and social media
• Oversee in-house and partner presentations, RSVPs, and event success
• Research and attend industry expos and networking events
• Produce engaging content for WeChat
• Build strategic partnerships with key industry players
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns against goals
• Leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output

Requirements

• Native-like fluency in Chinese speaking and writing
• Proficiency with Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu
• Working knowledge of the college applications and admissions process
• Experience in marketing-related work, including internships or campus involvement
• Strong time-management skills
