About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain organization, structure, metadata and tagging of the Canto library
- Build and manage national and chapter-level upload portals
- Review incoming photo submissions for quality, relevance and compliance
- Review images for sensitive information and privacy compliance
- Audit and reorganize legacy asset libraries, removing duplicates
- Recommend digital asset management best practices
Requirements
- Experience managing digital asset management platforms
- Attention to detail for metadata and privacy review
