About the role
Responsibilities
- Formulate and lead the execution of the Section's plans and annual Creative Services and Events strategy
- Manage the design and production of multimedia content including graphics, videos, and photography
- Oversee the creative development and cross-functional coordination of institutional events and activations
- Develop event themes, concepts, creative narratives, and visual identities
- Manage the budget across the Section to ensure adherence to approved plans
- Oversee people management including workforce planning, performance reviews, and mentoring
- Maintain and organize the internal content library and creative asset repository
Requirements
- Master's degree with minimum 10 years of experience and 6 years in a managerial position
- OR PhD with minimum 8 years of experience and 4 years in a managerial position
- Relevant field certification preferred
