Responsibilities
- Establish funds transfer journey as the preferred platform for customer engagement
- Enable customers to initiate domestic and cross-border payments
- Work within a remittance squad in the Digital Studio to achieve squad mission
- Optimize channels and processes for digital customer engagement
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National
- Expertise in marketing, product management, and channel optimization
- Experience in digital customer engagement within a banking environment
