About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across the bank's product portfolio
- Build lifecycle and segment-led campaigns to improve product penetration and revenue
- Design customer-friendly messaging and journeys across digital channels
- Work with analytics teams to segment customers and track campaign performance
- Collaborate with digital squads to launch new in-app journeys and engagement features
- Ensure communications and targeting follow bank policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in banking, digital banking, CRM/CVM, or growth roles
- Strong understanding of retail banking products (accounts, cards, loans, etc.)
- Experience with digital channels, campaign management, and funnel tracking
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's or MBA degree in business, marketing, finance, or analytics preferred
