About the role
Responsibilities
- Support website request management by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc digital marketing reports and dashboards
- Conduct regular website audits and quality assurance checks
- Manage business listings across Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and other platforms
- Maintain accurate business information, operating hours, and digital assets
- Track project progress using Asana and follow up with stakeholders
- Monitor digital platforms and coordinate issue resolution
- Support day-to-day operational tasks and process improvements
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics
- Experience with project management tools like Asana
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury industry is an advantage
