About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up, launch and monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns
- Build audiences and creative variants for retargeting and lead generation
- Track spend against approved budgets
- Enter, tag and route enquiries and leads in the CRM
- Maintain source attribution and perform weekly hygiene checks
- Build and schedule drip campaign emails and newsletters
- Compile weekly performance data including CPC, CTR, and conversion rates
- Build and update landing pages in Unbounce
- Provide first-line responses on official Business WhatsApp
- Draft blog posts and vlog scripts and publish approved content
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 1-3 years in a digital marketing or marketing coordinator role
- Working familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience entering and maintaining data in a CRM
- Clear written English for customer replies and web copy
- Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for basic reporting
What we look for
