About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram and social media posting and maintain a recurring content calendar
- Repurpose existing photos and videos into social content using Canva and CapCut
- Create and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns and manage patient nurture journeys in GleanTap
- Coordinate marketing activity with Mindbody and monitor nurture workflows
- Attend weekly team meetings and coordinate with the internal team via Microsoft Teams
- Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content production
Requirements
- Previous digital marketing and social media management experience
- Proficiency in Canva and short-form video editing
- Experience with email and SMS marketing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing execution
- Excellent written communication skills
- Willingness to obtain HIPAA certification if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical industries
- Proficiency with Mindbody or Klaviyo
- Basic SEO and website maintenance experience
