About the role
Responsibilities
- Review onboarding documentation for ADIB Office Banking, ADIB Direct, IVR, SMS and eStatements for compliance
- Set up customer profiles, service packages, pricing, limits and user access
- Assign and issue tokens against user IDs as per client request
- Handle signature modification, POA and reactivation requests per SOP and bank policy
- Maintain token inventory and reconcile with checker daily, weekly and monthly
- Escalate risks, red flags and high priority issues to the manager in a timely manner
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of ADIB BBD products and services
- Advanced knowledge of UAE banking procedures, regulations and risks
- Attention to detail and contribution to process improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with front office, compliance and audit
- Works 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with overtime when required
