About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineers, Designers, and QAs to achieve business and customer needs through digital delivery
- Manage and prioritize the team's backlog to maintain technical integrity and streamline execution
- Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Architecture, and CX teams to deliver optimal platform features
- Drive digital adoption and increase share of wallet through seamless UX and superior UI
- Manage external vendors from RFP development through daily collaboration
- Lead agile events such as sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives
- Translate business solutions into working software and cloud solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in MarTech, CRM, or CDP with success in large-scale programs
- Proven track record in managing multiple external vendors and delivery partners
- Hands-on experience with customer data unification, segmentation, and personalization
- Experience managing migrations between major CRM/CDP platforms
- Deep understanding of integrating CDP/CRM platforms into enterprise architecture
- Strong analytical and ROI measurement skills
- Familiarity with Consumer Protection Regulations and regional data privacy requirements
What we look for
