About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Owner and Agile squad to translate product strategy into digital solutions
- Define functional specifications, workflows, use cases, and user stories
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with the roadmap
- Contribute to sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and demos
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
- Drive squad execution and ensure progress against commitments
- Support testing, release readiness, and implementation activities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital product, technical project delivery, or business analysis
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Experience with requirements gathering and Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Technical experience in development or testing is an advantage
