About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain headcount trackers and support reporting on resource movements
- Coordinate with vendors on onboarding, offboarding, and renewals
- Assist in updating budget, invoice, and expense trackers
- Support the coordination of town halls, workshops, and team events
- Prepare internal communications including newsletters and bulletins
- Manage RSCA records and governance documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of digital productivity tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, or Power BI is an advantage
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working is an advantage
