About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive digital wealth sales performance within the branch
- Convert large-ticket digital investment opportunities
- Identify HNW clients suitable for digital transactions
- Monitor and track digital sales performance
- Support Relationship Managers in driving digital investment penetration
- Contribute to branch wealth targets through digital channel usage
- Provide feedback to improve digital tool user experience
- Continuous development through training and best-practice sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- ICWM/SCA certification
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- 3 years of investment/wealth management experience
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, investment solutions, equity and bond markets, mutual funds, and advisory services
- Proven ability to drive digital wealth adoption and enhance client engagement
