About the role
Responsibilities
- Support land and title due diligence for IFM carbon project opportunities
- Review ownership, confirm signatory authority and verify parcel IDs
- Identify risks and coordinate issue resolution with sales, legal, forestry and operations teams
- Manage multiple transactions while keeping every file accurate
Requirements
- Experience in real estate transactions, title review or land-based transaction execution
- Detail-oriented approach to complex documentation
- Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
