About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver multiple technical projects aligned with Data Enablement goals
- Architect scalable, reliable cloud-native solutions
- Define project milestones and KPIs tied to business goals
- Contribute hands-on to software development, architecture and code reviews
- Mentor and manage a high-performing development team
- Drive adoption of generative AI tools in development workflows
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years leading technical teams and delivering software solutions
- 8+ years direct experience with .NET Framework, C# and Microsoft SQL Server
- 4+ years direct experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API
- 2+ years direct experience with AWS or Azure services
- Experience implementing generative AI in development workflows
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Cloud or project management certifications (AWS, Azure, PMP)
- Experience managing hybrid or fully remote teams
