Direct Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and handle inbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, online chat, email, and in-person
• Provide clear explanations of product benefits, procedures, and terms
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
• Conduct outbound calls for policy renewals and follow-ups
• Process insurance applications and renewals accurately
• Evaluate insurance cases and determine appropriate premiums
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines
• Proactively engage with customers to enhance satisfaction
• Follow assigned schedules and work plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Ability to work onsite from the office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query)
• Experience with data visualization tools like QlikView, Power BI, or Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or claims handling
• Experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of UAE credit practices and insurance receivable cycles
