About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver expansion and renewal revenue targets across the managed portfolio
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) through disciplined forecasting and pipeline reviews
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers
- Oversee key client relationships and serve as an executive sponsor for critical accounts
- Implement ABM systems to monitor customer health and business signals
- Standardize repeatable processes for account planning and renewal timelines
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a unified customer experience
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS or technology roles
- 4+ years of people management experience leading commercial post-sales teams
- Proven track record of driving strong NRR and owning multi-million-dollar revenue targets
- Ability to assess customer health, usage trends, and renewal risk signals
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales execution platforms
