Director, Asset Management (Equipment)

Responsibilities

• Oversee machinery and equipment collateral valuations, lease residual setting and pricing
• Develop and execute collateral policies and procedures within Equipment Finance
• Manage the Asset Management team, including lease returns, buyouts and payoffs
• Manage equipment remarketing and a third-party network of resellers and appraisers
• Oversee quarterly and annual collateral reviews, including residual impairment testing
• Review appraisals and manage equipment inspections

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 8+ years of experience
• Strong collateral and valuation knowledge across asset categories
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication
• Experience managing people
