Director, Business Banking - Trade Working Capital

Responsibilities

• Increase depth and breadth of relationships with existing customers and drive sales volumes in the target market
• Develop and manage a portfolio of companies for Corporate/Commercial Financing
• Actively source business from prospects and follow up on sales leads
• Prepare Credit Applications (CA) and analyze financial statements for approvals
• Assess financial and business risks, including competitive position and management quality
• Proactively manage portfolio risk and ensure timely renewal of accounts
• Monitor MIS reports for FX and Trade Working Capital revenues and utilizations
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and money laundering monitoring

Requirements

• University Degree (MBA, PGDM, CA, or CFA preferred)
• 5-8 years of relevant banking experience
• At least 4 years in progressive managerial roles within Business Banking
• Mandatory experience in Trade Working Capital
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and risk assessment
• Deep knowledge of Trade Finance and Real Estate Finance products
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong entrepreneurial and commercial acumen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Financing
