Director, Clinical Operations Analytics & Performance Excellence

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Clinical Operations analytics roadmap, including AI, automation, and predictive analytics
• Establish portfolio performance measurement framework with leading and lagging indicators
• Build operational scorecards and portfolio dashboards for executive reporting
• Serve as functional leader for Clinical Operations data governance and data quality
• Act as SME for Veeva Vault Clinical, including CTMS, SSU and Site Engagement processes
• Partner with IT and vendors to optimize analytics platforms and data integrations
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent methods
• Lead and develop a team of analytics professionals and business analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Public Health or related field
• 12+ years in Clinical Operations, Clinical Systems, Clinical Analytics, RBM or related functions
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of clinical trial execution and operational metrics
• Experience with Clinical Operations technology platforms and reporting
• Experience building executive dashboards and performance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements and inspection readiness
• Proven ability to lead organizational change

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS, MPH, MBA, PharmD or equivalent)
• Experience leading Clinical Operations analytics organizations
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Smartsheet or similar platforms
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics, predictive modeling or operational intelligence
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent
