About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage local sales district managers, specialists, and channel managers
- Develop and implement strategies for customers and channel partners to drive market share growth
- Lead, mentor, coach, and drive engagement in commercial teams
- Implement and monitor effective performance management of channel partners
- Manage relationships with customers, distributors, and global partners
- Implement PPI and digital tools (AI) to drive efficiency in the sales team
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Commercial/Sales leadership roles within Life Science or Clinical Diagnostics
- Experience managing managers and individual contributors
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across multiple cultures and regions
- Ability to establish short and long-term business objectives
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or Urdu is an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time
