About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead affiliate owner communications with Integrated Marketing, including newsletters and lifecycle journeys
- Own strategy, execution and data insights for the Affiliate Toolkit
- Build and lead international Community Marketing across core markets
- Own marketing, promotion and ticket sales for the Owners & Coaches Conference
- Lead affiliate activations at the CrossFit Games
- Support affiliate growth, retention and onboarding programs
- Build the annual Community Marketing plan, budget and vendor relationships
- Report affiliate marketing performance to leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years in community, member, or B2B marketing
- Experience owning email and lifecycle programs
- Comfort with a CMS and analytics tools
- Event and campaign marketing experience across teams
- Experience leading marketing across international markets
- Ability to lead cross-functional work without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the CrossFit affiliate model
- CrossFit Level 1
