Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction for the Compliance Operations function across employment law and home care licensing
  • Continuously assess for compliance risk and opportunities to streamline operational friction
  • Own day-to-day compliance execution across all markets and resolve complex issues
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to build tech-first, automated solutions and define requirements
  • Lead state licensing audits and audit-readiness programs end to end
  • Translate regulatory changes into clear, actionable operational requirements
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of 5–10 compliance and operations professionals
  • Develop and own key compliance metrics and dashboards for senior leadership visibility

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in operations, product operations, or compliance roles within a technology-first or high-growth company
  • Experience working at the intersection of technology and operations, partnering with Product and Engineering teams
  • Proven track record of developing functional areas for scale
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience working with large, complex data sets
  • Demonstrated people management experience and ability to lead through ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with employment law compliance
  • Experience with home care or healthcare regulation
  • Experience with state licensing or multi-state regulatory environments

  • Annual base salary range of $176,400 - $196,000
