Director, Corporate Banking Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships for an assigned portfolio in the corporate banking segment
• Originate new business opportunities and develop term sheets and information memorandums
• Conduct financial analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks
• Pitch, review, negotiate, and conclude deals
• Maintain credit quality and achieve financial performance targets
• Manage KYC and compliance requirements in line with bank policies
• Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities to increase client engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking coverage
• Proficiency in banking software systems and data analysis
• Strong credit analysis and FOREX skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance
