About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, structure and execute deals with relationship managers and credit risk team
- Originate and execute vanilla and structured transactions across leveraged, project, asset-backed and real estate finance
- Manage and review the existing loan portfolio and identify new lending opportunities
- Analyze deal structures and build financing models with sensitivity testing
- Assist in negotiating terms with borrowers and other lenders
- Prepare internal reporting and support strategic initiatives
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across capital markets products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related discipline
- 5-10 years in client relationship management and structured financing
- Strong credit assessment and cash flow modeling skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and corporate valuation
- Understanding of legal concepts and loan agreement documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or professional qualification such as CFA
- Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region
