About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted, senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, finance, and the C-suite
- Define, track, and communicate success metrics aligned to customer business goals
- Develop and execute proactive engagement plans including QBRs and executive briefings
- Partner with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop remediation plans
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmap prioritization
- Contribute to building scalable playbooks, processes, and tooling for the CS organization
Requirements
- 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with $500K+ ARR
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite leaders
- Proven commercial acumen with experience in renewal and upsell motions
- Data-driven approach to managing portfolios and demonstrating ROI
- Experience in digital transformation or complex technology delivery programs
