About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a Customer Sales team selling EHS, Training, and Contractor Management solutions
- Develop strategic prospecting programs to penetrate accounts in Manufacturing, Construction, Transportation, Utilities, Municipalities, and Hospitality
- Partner with the executive team and cross-functional leaders to grow revenue streams
- Build a forward-thinking go-to-market strategy with marketing and product
- Provide tactical coaching and development to build a world-class sales team
