About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Success organization and manage a team of one to two managers and eight to twelve CSMs
- Own retention and consumption across the full customer base
- Build customer motions that focus investment where growth is most likely
- Move customers toward deployed, production-grade use of Backstory
- Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Technical Support, Studio and Product
- Run Customer Success on Backstory itself
