About the role
Responsibilities
- Accelerate the evolution of Medmo's Customer Success function, including defining playbooks and reporting cadences
- Drive account retention and expansion through executive management of stakeholders and ROI data
- Provide relationship management across the customer base, including key personnel
- Act as a strategic sponsor and primary proxy for clients during onboarding and operations
- Lead recurring reporting and business reviews, including QBRs and annual strategic meetings
- Manage structured account handoff from Business Development at close
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations within primary care, value-based care, digital health, or health plan space
- Proven track record of managing executive stakeholders with strong executive presence
- Deep understanding of physician organization operations and success metrics
- Domain expertise in Medicare Advantage, primary care, or value-based care programs preferred
