About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Cybersecurity Operations & Platform Delivery organization
- Guide incident response strategy and security operations
- Advise business leaders and clients on cybersecurity risk and strategy
- Evaluate emerging technologies and influence platform investments
- Partner with sales and account management on strategic opportunities
- Evolve the DYOGUARD service portfolio and future cybersecurity offerings
- Drive accountability and build roadmaps for security initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in an MSP, MSSP, consulting, or services-based environment
- Proven experience leading teams, programs, technologies, or transformations
- Strong understanding of incident response and security operations
- Ability to communicate complex security topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience balancing risk, revenue, and operational realities
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive strategic roadmaps
