About the role
Responsibilities
- Pull and validate data from web analytics, order, media and finance sources
- Diagnose performance changes by traffic source, product and funnel step
- Track subscription economics including LTV and annual iFIT subscription attach rate
- Own daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting and dashboards
- Build and maintain the full P&L forecast for the DTC business
- Run the testing program end to end, from hypothesis to readout and decision
- Partner with marketing, digital product, site merchandising and finance
- Manage and develop one direct report
Requirements
- 8+ years in analytics, at least 5 in ecommerce, DTC or subscription businesses
- People management experience
- Proficient in SQL and AI-assisted analytics
- Statistically rigorous experimentation program experience
- P&L or revenue forecasting and reconciliation to finance actuals
- Hands-on experience with FullStory and Rockerbox
