About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Tax Division's Enrollment & Onboarding function and set measurable team outcomes
- Build, coach and lead a high-performing enrollment team through peak tax seasons
- Own enrollment quality, controls and risk-based decisions, including sampling and remediation
- Produce enrollment trend reporting for leadership on volumes, turnaround, quality and risk
- Partner with Sales, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Customer Service on the onboarding journey
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years in enrollment, onboarding, customer operations, financial services or tax services
- Leadership of operational teams, workforce planning and performance accountability
- Quality assurance and operational controls in a regulated environment
- Ability to convert operational data into leadership insights
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership, process improvement, quality assurance or compliance training
