Director, Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the field operations roadmap, launch milestones, SOPs, governance, and escalation processes
• Coordinate onboarding, system access, equipment, training logistics, and roster management with HR, IT and Sales
• Operationalize field force designs, territory alignments, account hierarchies, target lists and call plans
• Serve as business owner for Veeva Vault CRM field workflows, requirements, UAT, releases and adoption
• Ensure operational data integrity across accounts, affiliations and field activity
• Lead incentive compensation administration, eligibility, payout validation and dispute resolution
• Partner with Commercial Analytics on targeting, KPI definitions, dashboards and operating reviews
• Oversee field operations vendors, budgets and service quality

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree; business, life sciences or healthcare preferred
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience
• Progressive pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences commercial operations experience
• Pre-launch or launch execution experience in specialty therapeutics
• Hands-on CRM operations experience, including territory management and incentive compensation
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and data privacy requirements
• Up to 10% travel required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HCP/HCO account hierarchies and specialty pharmacy or hub field interfaces
• Experience with incentive compensation governance, alignment platforms or automation
