About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the organization's central planning and management reporting at the Exco and Board levels
- Oversee the annual budget, regular forecasts (weekly, quarterly, etc.), and 5-year Business Plan
- Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and non-financial KPI reporting to management, the Board, and the regulator
- Provide insights into company performance to guide strategic objectives
- Channel efforts towards improved performance through data-driven insights
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial planning and management reporting at executive or Board level
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning
- Experience with financial and non-financial KPI reporting and regulatory compliance
- Ability to facilitate and guide a company towards achieving short- and long-term objectives
