Director, Fixed Income & Structured Credit Trading

Responsibilities

• Execute fixed income and structured credit trading activities in line with approved desk strategy, mandates and risk appetite
• Contribute to revenue generation and risk-adjusted returns across assigned trading books and product areas
• Manage assigned positions, inventory, hedging strategies and market risk within approved limits
• Provide competitive pricing, liquidity and execution support to Sales and Structuring teams
• Support trading across bonds, sukuk, credit products, structured notes, and credit-linked instruments
• Monitor market developments, credit trends, liquidity conditions, and macroeconomic factors
• Ensure trades are priced, executed, booked, confirmed and monitored in accordance with approved procedures
• Support desk initiatives relating to product development, process improvement, and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline
• Significant experience in fixed income trading, structured credit, credit markets, debt capital markets or investment banking
• Strong knowledge of bonds, sukuk, credit products, structured notes, and credit-linked instruments
• Good understanding of market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, valuation, and capital usage
• Experience working with Sales, Structuring, Risk, Operations and Control Functions in a regulated financial institution
• CFA, FRM, or ACI Dealing Certificate preferred
