About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Investment Banking client relationships for UAE Government entities
- Originate new business opportunities with target clients across banking products
- Conduct financial analysis on clients and industries to identify opportunities and risks
- Contribute to the development of Term Sheets, Information Memorandums, and financial modelling
- Examine and resolve credit, market, and operational risk aspects of transactions
- Participate in pitching, negotiation, and conclusion of deals
- Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities to increase client ratios
- Manage KYC and compliance requirements in accordance with Bank and regulatory policies
- Maintain account plans and ensure timely submission of credit reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline
- 5 - 10 years of experience in investment banking
- Knowledge of the banking sector and FAB's products and business strategies
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
