Responsibilities

• Own Payroll & Benefits Execution across all domestic and global entities
• Drive HR Compliance, policies, and filings across multiple jurisdictions
• Build scalable onboarding and offboarding processes to accelerate productivity
• Lead HR integration workstreams for M&A, from due diligence through integration
• Systematize HR operations through HRIS optimization, automation, and SOPs
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, and M&A teams

Requirements

• Proven experience leading HR Operations in a high-growth or acquisition-heavy environment
• Deep expertise in payroll, benefits, and multi-state HR compliance
• Experience integrating multiple acquisitions and standardizing processes
• Strong systems mindset with experience in HRIS and automation
• Ability to operate with urgency and precision in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong business acumen
